Actuarial InternshipStudent actuarial development role closer to a structured student role than a modelling-heavy IC position—the intern rotates across valuation, reporting and ALM support under supervision.Life actuarial internship in Assurity's Finance division in Lincoln, Nebraska. You'll support reserving, financial reporting, experience studies, asset-liability management, cash flow testing, and model projections under the Appointed Actuary's supervision. The role is onsite and requires at least 15 hours per week.Must have:Progress towards a degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related fieldStrong mathematical, analytical, and computer skills (Excel, Access, SQL)Ability to work minimum 15 hours a week within flex-time guidelinesConsistent and reliable attendanceOnsite presence in Lincoln, NEStrongly preferred:Minimum of one Society of Actuaries exam completedDesire to attain actuarial professional credentialsProblem solving and decision-making capabilitiesProfessional interpersonal communication skillsAbility to interact effectively and professionally with othersTools: Excel Access
