\n \nRole Description The Head of Fundraising and Investor Relations will lead SKIA’s capital formation and investor engagement efforts, serving as a primary external-facing representative of the firm. This remote role involves designing and executing fundraising strategies for the holding company and its portfolio entities, including identification, cultivation, and stewardship of institutional investors, family offices, and other capital partners. The role includes managing end-to-end fundraising processes—developing materials, coordinating due diligence, overseeing data rooms, and supporting legal and financial documentation in collaboration with leadership and advisors. Day-to-day responsibilities also include building and maintaining long-term investor relationships, organizing meetings and roadshows, delivering clear, data-driven updates on portfolio performance, and ensuring timely, accurate reporting. The individual will collaborate closely with the executive team to refine SKIA’s equity story, align capital strategy with the asset pipeline, and represent SKIA’s vision and platform to the broader investment and philanthropic ecosystem.
