CBI provides residential outpatient inpatient patient-centered medical homes medication-assisted treatment and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis opioid use disorder homelessness and mental is the premiere non-profit fully integrated healthcare provider of substance use and behavioral health programs in Arizona including prevention education and treatment using cutting-edge nationally recognized evidence-based SummaryCommunity Bridges is seeking aHealth Unit Coordinator (HUC).The Health Unit Coordinator (HUC) is a member of the multi-disciplinary treatment team that provides administrative and clerical support to direct care staff. The primary focus is supporting the direct care staff by completing clerical and administrative duties. The HUC is also the responsible for providing exceptional customer service for all visitors and callers to the diploma or GED required.
