\n \nJOB DESCRIPTION:
\nOur client is seeking a Vice President of Investor Relations. In this role, the VP will support the fundraising process and work with existing investors. This is not a sales role though. Job responsibilities include:
\n \n-Oversee and help supervise investor relations associates, providing guidance on workflow, content development, and execution specifically related to RFPs, DDQs and other investor requests.
\n-Support the development and refinement of the firm’s messaging around portfolio strategy, positioning, and performance
\n-Conduct and support portfolio analytics to inform investor discussions and reporting
\n-Assist in the creation and enhancement of materials for existing and new products, including fundraising and marketing collateral
\n-Translate complex investment concepts and portfolio data into concise, investor-friendly narratives
\n-Help maintain consistency of message across investor presentations, reporting materials, and other external communications
\n \nJOB REQUIREMENTS:
\n-At least 4 years of experience in an investor relations role at a private equity fund or a venture capital fund
\n-Undergraduate degree required
\n-Strong commitment to high-touch client service with an emphasis on accuracy and precision
\n-Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely
\n-Process-oriented mentality with the patience to analyze and improve each step taken
