Key Responsibilities
The chance to work 100% from the comfort of your home via a personal computer
Manage incoming calls, patient inquiries, and new patient leads with professionalism and warmth
Schedule consultations and physical therapy appointments
Follow up with prospective and current patients via phone, email, and text
Monitor and respond to emails and voicemails promptly
Assist with insurance-related administrative tasks as needed
Provide general administrative support to the clinical team
Maintain accurate records and assist with administrative tracking
Support marketing initiatives and social media content creation
Assist with special projects as the practice continues to grow
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote environment
Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, and Google Docs)
Professional, friendly, and patient-focused demeanor
Strong customer service skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Previous experience in administration, customer service, healthcare, or a medical office setting is preferred but not required
